TESTIMONIALS

I was in a serious car accident that resulted in multiple injuries and area of pain in my body from top to bottom. I saw many different medical specialists and was in physical therapy for almost a year, but I continued to suffer from pain and weakness. I was fortunate that several of my doctors suggested I try acupuncture and my physical therapist referred me to Kim.

Kim is knowledgeable and caring and takes a holistic approach. My stiffness and pain have improved and I am so grateful. Acupuncture helped me in ways I didn't expect. My immune system in better. I rarely catch a cold or a virus and when I do they are mind and short-lived. This is a big change from the past 50 years of my life. I'm sleeping better and I am much better emotionally, I was even able to stop taking anti-anxiety medication. I am blessed to have discovered acupuncture and I plan for it to be part of my wellness routine for the rest of my life!

I first met Kim in 2009. Since then, we have successfully addressed many of my health concerns; allergies, pulled muscles, sciatica, digestive issues and stress. My most remarkable success was the incredible healing I experienced after having skin cancer and reconstructive surgery on my scalp. My dermatologist and surgeon were amazed by my healing process....all thanks to Kim's very special gift!

I owe Kim a huge debt of gratitude! I has been a smoker for 35 years and had no desire to quite. I really enjoyed smoking even though I knew how bad it was for me. I just didn't want to go through the pain of quitting and the withdrawal symptoms. Then I met Kim. She had been helping my daughter with some health issues using acupuncture, so I decided to give it a try. Thirty minutes later, I walked out of there and have not smoked since--not one puff! That was three months ago and I went through no pain, anxiety or withdraw. I don't miss it one bit and will never smoke again. My only regret is not doing this years ago. Kim is fantastic!

I have been seeing Kim Niezgoda for acupuncture for over two years now. I have consistently found her to be a trustworthy, compassionate, knowledgeable health care provider that concentrates on the whole person. She is always sensitive to the needs of the people she serves. I recommend her whole-heartedly.

My first acupuncture visit began with the words, "I don't believe in this stuff!" Five years later, after monthly visits with Kim, she has been able to keep my Meniere's under control. Kim is great! She takes the time to listen at each visit and has made adjustments with her techniques so that I have been able to benefit each session. I highly recommend acupuncture...(who knew??) and especially Kim!

I sought acupuncture for pain and trauma relief following a car accident. From the first moment of my conversation with Kim, I felt more at ease than I had in some time. She really treats the whole person, not just the symptom with which you present. Her explanations every step of the way, her positivity and her follow up with her clients complements her therapies. After my first treatment, I experienced my first pain-free day in months. My progress has been steady and I look forward to each visit. I just wish I has started sooner. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I love Kim, my acupuncturist! Why? Because she's not only informative, professional, knowledgeable, but also kind, warm, compassionate and friendly. After my first session to address a previous trauma, my life has truly improved. I haven't had one nightmare since and that was almost two weeks ago. For me that is huge. I don't have the nervous energy I used to have either. I feel calm and at peace. I also don't go into a hysterical crying fit when I see violence on a show or movie. Huge! I can't even imagine how much more I'll improve at my next session! Now my husband is going too. Thanks Kim!

This is my story....Chronic back issues and pain had left me partially disabled. At age 68 an orthopedic specialist studied my x-rays and stated that I had the back of a "98 year old" because of the disk deterioration, bone spurs and osteoarthritis. He could only suggest pain management and physical therapy as my best options. After six months of PT, there was only modest improvement. A friend gave me a gift certificate for acupuncture and that's how I came to be treated by Kim.

Her evaluation was extensive and encouraging. We started with bi-weekly treatments for 8-weeks. Improvements were rapid and by the end of the treatment plan I was pain-free and restored to full mobility. I actually can enjoy long hours of hiking again, pain free. Now at age 77, I continue to get a "tune-up" treatment every 2-3 months as a maintenance regime. I would strongly urge anyone with pain or mobility issues to see Kim for an evaluation before considering other interventions. Her practice has done wonders for me!
