ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture helps patients with chronic and acute pain, stress, anxiety & depression, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances and many more conditions. Private treatments are tailored to the individual to allow complete relaxation and healing in a calming environment.
COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE
This 1-hour seated group treatment is offered at various Senior Center locations in the community and is perfect for patients who are unable to come into the office for private treatments or prefer a more streamlined approach.
CUPPING & GUA SHA
Cupping Therapy uses cups placed strategically on the skin to create a vacuum, mobilizing blood flow to the area. Gua Sha also encourages circulation & blood flow to the surface of the skin. Both therapies are a great stand alone therapies or beneficial in conjunction with acupuncture.
NUTRITIONAL CONSULTS
Proper nutrition is critical for complete total wellness and healing of the body. Nutritional consults are available to help patients select the best whole food choices, superfoods and natural supplements that help nourish their body.
